How does insurance work when it comes to Invisalign?

Theoretically, any dental plan that offers adult orthodontic coverage, should reimburse part of the fee to you. These are some recommended questions you might want to ask your dental insurance carrier:
- Am I eligible for orthodontics?
- Are there any age limitations for orthodontics?(Some policy’s will only reimburse benefits for minors)
- What is my lifetime orthodontic benefit?
- How much of it have I use?/How much is remaining?
- Am I allowed to see any doctor of my choice?(or must I go to one of your in network clinics to receive benefits?)
As a courtesy, once you have commenced treatment with us, we will file any necessary insurance claims on your behalf to ensure that you are reimbursed for the full maximum allowable benefit.
How much does Invisalign cost?
As I am sure you can imagine, every mouth and every case is unique to the individual. In fact, teeth are as unique as your finger prints. You should never compare your teeth to someone else’s and think that because you believe they may be similar that therefore the fee for the treatment should be similar too. As with braces, every treatment case, as well as the associated fees for a case, is always individually determined. However, we could tell you that the simplest cases begin at about $3,500.00 (usually one arch and a couple of month’s treatment) and from there can range anywhere up to $9,500.00 for complex cases (usually dual arch and treatment for a prolonged period of time).
Is financing available for Invisalign?
Yes, we have several choices available. In addition to accepting all major credit cards, we have great finance options designed to help make your treatment financially comfortable and to help you begin recommended treatment immediately.
The following Invisalign financing options are available to those who qualify:
- Interest free financing for 3, 6, or 12 months, with low monthly minimums
- Financing over a period of 2, 3, 4 or 5 years with an interest rate of 11.90% APR and low fixed, monthly installments.
